I visited a Mark Patrick seminar today in hopes of learning the secret to breaking a long standing plateau in my healthy lifestyle journey. He gave me insight on how to succeed in my journey by changing how I talk to, and think about myself. I have a new excitement about my journey. I KNOW I WILL BE SUCCESSFUL!.

Larry was very personal. He made everything hit home. Even before hypnosis I wanted to quit. Loved it and would do it again for food addictions.
