I attended the weight loss seminar and I was nervous about going. Once I arrived I was put at ease. I just finished the seminar but learning how fat burning works was really cool. I will let y'all know how it works. I'm really excited!

I attended the weight loss seminar on 2/10/18 and we had Pat as our speaker and hypnotist. It was very interesting and entertaining, and they gave out a lot of good health info. I am also listening to the daily CD they gave us and it all seems to be working. I am eating half of what I ate before and I’m getting full. In just 2 days I’m down 1.3 pounds and my cravings for sweets are gone! 🎉

although it didn't stop me from smoking I very much enjoyed it grab the CD going to try again from home nothing lost as I can always go back love their lifetime guarantee
