I went to a weight loss seminar in Jonesboro, AR on January 30th. I have not had any cravings and have found it extremely easy to stay away from the things that were keeping me from my goals. I have lost 10 lbs and am excited for the first time about the possibility of staying on trace. THANK YOU ! Larry did an excellent job!!

I left the seminar today (JEFF) was great...very knowledgeable in the subject at hand.. Great guy great instructor.I really enjoyed myself and haven't smoked yet...I have the faith and the means to do this
