I went Jan 27th to the stop smoking seminar, that was done by Larry. He explained how our bodies work & what we needed to do . It was very informative & easy to understand. So far I still havent smoked.

I went to the no smoking seminar and have not smoked since I left there the man that did the seminar was excellent and did a great job explaining how the cells work
