We just signed a new contract with Massey and very disappointed in their service. Guy dragging spray hose around broke two expensive copper yard lights.
Very old school waste of money profit side for both the company and employees. It has a lot of potential but management needs to improve a lot of things I could run a service center and get it going right.

Beyond disappointed with the lack of customer service. Have been trying to cancel services for 5 months, yet still receiving bills. The manager even accused me of lying.
I have had nothing but problems with them in my area brevard florida not showing up or calling plus still have swarming ants and I asked about the guarantee but was dismissed so this time I really am getting rid of them hopefully it's not like this everywhere
