If I were just rating my service tech Andrew - I would give 5 stars. BUT, I called this morning to cancel the service for my Small Business and had the worse customer Service experience ever. If I had any thought of using Massey Services in the future (and considering I was interested in using them for my home services) - those thoughts are gone and I will not deal with this company again. Terrible customer service. Had Massey for lawn care, pest control and termite protection. They destroyed my lawn ($110. a month!). Now I have wasps entering my home and can't get a technician to call me! I'm canceling everything and switching to Orkin for pest control and Scotts for lawn care. Massey is the worst!

Terrible service. I used to have the best looking yard in the community, now it's the worst. I asked for someone at corporate to contact me and all I got was the same GM that I have been dealing with previously. Obviously they do not care about their customers. I am now dealing with a dead yard that they over treated.
tell you my delima. bought my house dec. 2014. neighbors use massey for lawn treatment. so I called them. signed a agreement with massey. for 3400 sq. ft lawn treatment. this house was a forclosure. so it was a neglected lawn. honestly looked pretty bad. was pleased after the first two treatments. then came time for the third treatment. was really looking forward to it. they sent a guy in a pick up truck with a handheld yard sprayer. I loved our 'inside the home' tech but the Massey lawn people completely killed parts of our lawn with whatever they put on it- or maybe they weren't treating it at all and just put the sign in the yard each visit. My neighbor had the same exact experience- I can post pictures of both of our lawns. Then after I cancelled my account because of this, they continued to 'treat' and bill us for an erroneous $75 charge--- then have the nerve to threaten collection 3 months later.
