We started with Massey in January and our lawn has gone steadily downhill and is now covered with dead brown patches - apparently we got a webworm infestation despite having their services. We have tried to cancel and they will not let us - very persistent about trying to keep us and we just want to move on. Our lawn is an embarrassment to us and our neighborhood, yet they still continue to pester for payment of their horrible service. No recommendation whatsoever.

Paid for two years of pest control service in advance. I called for someone to come out for the first time in over a year and they were a no show. Not even a phone call to reschedule. Now on the second appointment scheduled they were supposed to be here between 8-9, it is now 10:45 and still not here. All calls to the main office were useless.

This has been the worst of the worst lawn care services I have ever had it took six weeks for them to get started. I order full lawn service and wanted sod for half the yard. It took so long I myself plugged that half of the yard. After calling several time the young man shows up I explain to him the side we were going to do was fine and I wanted to do the other side as I was done with tthe flower beds around the trees. On two separate occasions I called Massey Services because I had spotted some bugs inside and it was past due on the home spraying. When I called customer service they said they had come and sprayed the full exterior of the house I'm renting (landlord lives several hours away so there is no way he could have let them in) on such and such specific dates.
