They were supposed to treat for spiders ,I gave up sprayed with raid ,my kids feel safe again ,because I sprayed not massey ,I'm very disappointed, looking for a better service!

I was sold a annual service for a flea and fire ant issue and have been faithfully paying. When the fleas came back I find out the service doesn't include fleas and is for inside and perimeter treatments for services I haven't even used in a year but have been paying for. They sold me a service I have not been receiving and am still required to pay for plus the additional fees for what I called for in the first place. Worst customer service ever.
We started with Massey in January and our lawn has gone steadily downhill and is now covered with dead brown patches - apparently we got a webworm infestation despite having their services. We have tried to cancel and they will not let us - very persistent about trying to keep us and we just want to move on. Our lawn is an embarrassment to us and our neighborhood, yet they still continue to pester for payment of their horrible service. No recommendation whatsoever.

Paid for two years of pest control service in advance. I called for someone to come out for the first time in over a year and they were a no show. Not even a phone call to reschedule. Now on the second appointment scheduled they were supposed to be here between 8-9, it is now 10:45 and still not here. All calls to the main office were useless.
