My 1st time feeling compelled to write a review. I have a wrap around porch and decided to invest in pest control targeting spiders. Told it would take care of it. $532 for the year. Tech shows up for 1st big prep in & out...did pretty well inside, but didn't have his ladder OR outdoor chem to treat the outside. (I was his 1st stop in the morning) He was a nice enough fella; but he told me there is nothing available to treat for spiders. My yard looks terrible! Had two other companies come out and look at my yard. They said it looks like it hasn't been treated in years! Massey has been treating my yard for 4 years?
Wolf's would always send an email reminder that they were coming to service your house. Now that they merged with Massey, they say they can no longer do that.

They were supposed to treat for spiders ,I gave up sprayed with raid ,my kids feel safe again ,because I sprayed not massey ,I'm very disappointed, looking for a better service!

I was sold a annual service for a flea and fire ant issue and have been faithfully paying. When the fleas came back I find out the service doesn't include fleas and is for inside and perimeter treatments for services I haven't even used in a year but have been paying for. They sold me a service I have not been receiving and am still required to pay for plus the additional fees for what I called for in the first place. Worst customer service ever.
