Tech came out to treat a brown spot. Knowing that it needed to be to b treated again n my contract was up they would not come out unless I renewed. I thought that was pretty dirty pool considering I should not have this fungus to begin with. The Secretary was rude when I phoned as well. And that is not the first time they've had attitudes. THEY USED TO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! I've been with Massey for several years - using lawn and pest. As you might expect there are times when service is better than others. Late last year I noticed issues with my shrubs and called for an appointment for a technician to inspect the problem. He applied a treatment which did not help. I called for another appointment. Worst service ever and unprofessional!!! Had to jump through hoops get a refund and it's not even for the right amount. I would never recommend Massey service. Was told today by the GM that they would never be able to treat my yard properly but, they won't refund me all my money. Now I'm stuck with a weed infested lawn that I never had before. Thanks Massey Services job well done.

Horrible...they make appointments don't show, despite multiple complaints was reassured by the supervisor that'd he'd be here himself to check our situation and even he doesn't come....we are giving up

Nothing but problems. I caught them twice not performing the services they billed for. Fake reports. First time I complained my call was returned a week later. Second one, the clock is running. Save yourself some money go elsewhere.

For the record I have used Massey Services for years and this is the 3rd time and final time I'm going through the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I called to schedule an appointment for service and was told someone will call me back the next day...no one calls back? Called again for service and scheduled an appointment and no one shows up???Sorry we had no record of an appointment??? Now I'm told my bill is overdue and they will not send anyone until it;s paid??? Why should I pay my bill if you are not calli... read more

What a mess. Not told about the second service cost. Lied to about referral program. Then took 2 hours and talking to 4 people just to cancel. These guys are a rip off!! Find somebody local and honest. Now I am being told the original service should have been $50% more than I was charged but I was given a discount. Lies lies lies.

they suck. after 2 years of not spot treating termites. they now come back telling us to tent our house. we've been waiting for over 2 weeks now for a quote. i'm fixing to get PISSED! I do not recommend these people.
