Nothing but problems. I caught them twice not performing the services they billed for. Fake reports. First time I complained my call was returned a week later. Second one, the clock is running. Save yourself some money go elsewhere.
For the record I have used Massey Services for years and this is the 3rd time and final time I'm going through the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I called to schedule an appointment for service and was told someone will call me back the next day...no one calls back? Called again for service and scheduled an appointment and no one shows up???Sorry we had no record of an appointment??? What a mess. Not told about the second service cost. Lied to about referral program. Then took 2 hours and talking to 4 people just to cancel. These guys are a rip off!! Find somebody local and honest. Now I am being told the original service should have been $50% more than I was charged but I was given a discount. Lies lies lies.
they suck. after 2 years of not spot treating termites. they now come back telling us to tent our house. we've been waiting for over 2 weeks now for a quote. i'm fixing to get PISSED! I do not recommend these people.
We just signed a new contract with Massey and very disappointed in their service. Guy dragging spray hose around broke two expensive copper yard lights.
Very old school waste of money profit side for both the company and employees. It has a lot of potential but management needs to improve a lot of things I could run a service center and get it going right.
Dear Massey Services, We have had you guys since you were Middleton. We have had lots of trouble with various weeds for over a year. We were about to drop you and find a new company but you sent out a sales inspector and he told me that he would make sure to take care of the problem.
