On two separate occasions I called Massey Services because I had spotted some bugs inside and it was past due on the home spraying. When I called customer service they said they had come and sprayed the full exterior of the house I'm renting (landlord lives several hours away so there is no way he could have let them in) on such and such specific dates. I have had Massey for about a year now and the service has gone down hill. I have had to call them back for the last 3 months. I have more weeds now than before I had them. Looking to change companies.

Tech came out to treat a brown spot. Knowing that it needed to be to b treated again n my contract was up they would not come out unless I renewed. I thought that was pretty dirty pool considering I should not have this fungus to begin with. The Secretary was rude when I phoned as well. And that is not the first time they've had attitudes. This is a totally overpriced service that used to be good. Seems they've gotten a little bit too big for their shoes. Looking at my shrubs, plants and grass you would never think I had a s... read more

THEY USED TO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! I've been with Massey for several years - using lawn and pest. As you might expect there are times when service is better than others. Late last year I noticed issues with my shrubs and called for an appointment for a technician to inspect the problem. He applied a treatment which did not help. I called for another appointment. Worst service ever and unprofessional!!! Had to jump through hoops get a refund and it's not even for the right amount. I would never recommend Massey service. Was told today by the GM that they would never be able to treat my yard properly but, they won't refund me all my money. Now I'm stuck with a weed infested lawn that I never had before. Thanks Massey Services job well done.
Horrible...they make appointments don't show, despite multiple complaints was reassured by the supervisor that'd he'd be here himself to check our situation and even he doesn't come....we are giving up
