Took my car for an oil change. Was told rear brakes were shot. Then notice after a day my trailer hitch cover was missing

they did not prepare for my infiniti , they did not have the proper filter for the car. they said they could get it in an hour and a half from holman , i asked if they could blow it out , they did and replaced it . then they rotated the tires and balance them , then told me they were dry rotted. so i spent money on service that was unnecessary. won't be going back

Matt Blatt added a 3.5% charge for using a credit card, without informing me prior to payment for service.

I just purchased this certified used car on 8/17/22. When I got home, I saw some vehicle damage on the front bumper. I am taking it in to the dealer to the auto body person to fix the damage. The damage should have been noticed and taken care of before placing the car on the lot. Also, I see that the tires should have been rotated. I just checked the tire pressure to find that the left front passenger side tire has only 26 psi.
