They get 1 star because the service was completed and the staff was friendly. I was the first person in line at 7:30 am but it took over an hour for an oil change. I was told this was because they had not finished other work from the night before and I had to wait until that was completed. It was my 3rd visit to the dealership that week because they no longer have a appointments for an oil change. Each time I went, I was told I would have to wait at least 2 1/2 hours. I can go somewhere else to get an oil change for cheaper ... read more
