They greeted me right away and informed me of everything that had to be done to my car in a timely fashion, and she was very very nice!!

The refuse to admit that they didn't fix the window properly when I had it in last year. They put a lubricant in the track instead of replacing it, while it was covered. Now the lube wore off and I'm at square 1, but not covered. So they said they lubed it again but nothing changed, so I don't think they did, just to be spiteful.

The service was great, the diagnosis not so much. Dealership gave me a print of all thing s needed. They told diagnosis the issue I told them about and wanted to charge me $35000, however I took it for a second opinion and had them fix the issue even they they said it wasn't and it's still sounding the same. We even showed the video the deal shop gave of my vehicle on the lift explaining where the sound was coming from and why. I will never be back

I was pretty disappointed in the service received. Was surprised by the added services, their exorbitant pricing, and the lack of explanation, & service provided by the service advisor.
