After we paid for our service Steve Torelli took our car through the car wash. He handed me my keys and told me the windshield cracked from the cold water. That there was a pinhole crack under the windshield wipers, we had never seen. We asked what they were going to do about it. He said to go through our insurance and maybe they would pay the deductible. We have not heard from him since. Poor with customer service they give you one price then you pay another price. They don't ever follow up. I never had so much trouble with a brand new car. Then when I speak my opinion I get attitude from the staff.

HAVE FREE OIL CHANGE PLUS A CAR WASH I EXCHANGED THE CAR WASH FOR TIRE ROTATION WHICH I THOUGHT WAS BEING DONE. The shop supervisor informed me that he had to pay to rotate the tires, but said I could have the car washed, which he would have to pay a person to do. I HAVE BEEN A GOOD BUYER IN THIS FACILITY FOR 2O YRS AND I AM 98 YEARS OLD. hELP HELP

No star, I visited two time for couple thing they did regular service and Missed sign for air bag visited again and charged diagnostics charge and fixed air bag problem with multiple inspection and report saying everything ok. In week I have engine check sign took vehicle to another Nissan dealer and paid &$1300. Point here is this dealership do not check properly and charges for anything. My car was in for 5 weeks for a repair. Worse experience I have EVER had to the point we may not continue with Nissan after our lease.

Expected to get an pil change and tire rotation as listed on the maintenance schedule for my mileage and time. Quite surprised when I went to pick it up and was told that they don't go by the books maintenance schedules any more and was told they do what they have decided what needs to be done instead. A hundred and twenty dollar service ended up costing over 400 dollars. Not sure what's going on.

I took my car to Matt Blatt Nissan for tube blockage that was causing water to enter my car via sunroof when it rained. I took my car there on one of the worst rainy days. What did they do? Left my car out in the rain to get absolutely soaked on the inside then told me that I will need it to get detailed due to the water that got inside the car. My car only has 40,000 miles on it and I was told I need new brakes and ROTERS , and that I needed new tires. I bought this car brand new from them and tires are supposed to have 75,000 mile warranty, and I have NEVER heard of a car with only 40,000 miles need new brakes and roters.
