My recent service at Matt Blatt Nissan of Atlantic City was a 5 Star experience. I was able to chat with the Service Agent telling him why I visited them that day. When my car was ready he showed me the paper showing the work that was done on the car and also advice me on my next visit what should be done to the car on that visit. Everyone was so polite too! Very efficient, explained needed servicing clearly and exact estimate of waiting time. Suggested when future servicing would be needed with price estimates. Comfortable waiting area, I will use your services again.

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had buying a car. They did not want to help us out, and I will never buy a car off of Matt Blatt again.

The service rep was professional and knowledgeable; however, the maintenance services were poor. The alignment job was initially not done correctly. I paid for a brake fluid flush. The reservoir was overfilled. I paid for all fluids to be topped off, yet the power steering reservoir was below the cold low fill mark. I paid for an oil change and the technician left his pliers and debris in the engine compartment. The engine road debris shroud was left insecured by 2 bolts rather than six.
