I went through a pretty lengthy home buying process for many reasons, but Matt was patient and responsive throughout the whole process. He always answered any question I had and offered good advice to help save some money. He also did everything he could to complete the loan before closing (on time).

Matt has great communication skills. He stayed on top of everything throughout our first home buying experience. I had many questions and he walked us through the process like a professional. Matt was very easy to work with. He was clear and very responsive. Anytime I emailed him (and I did so often) he always reached out to me quickly and explained the whole process thoroughly. He also happened to get us the lowest rate and cheap closing fees. Finally, closing was a breeze. It took 10 minutes for NBKC to finalize everything.

I would not have been able to buy a home without Matt's help. He answered all my questions and kept me updated all along the way. When I mentioned I wanted to close early if possible, he did everything on his part to make that happen, and I closed a week early. I will be contacting Matt again the next time I buy a house.
