Matt consistently went above and beyond our expectations throughout the entire process, from pre-qualification through to closing. He was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, all the way down to a few last-minute changes while my husband was out of town. Matt helped me from pre-qualification all the way to closing. Everything happened quickly and efficiently to lead to an on-time closing. Matt presented me with 3 different loan options so I could pick the loan that best fit my budget and goals. He was always friendly and professional on the phone even when I could be pushy or annoying at times. In short, would use Matt again for my next home purchase.

We were in the process of building a new home. I researched many different lenders, including local banks and credit unions, my builders preferred lender, and even online lenders. I found NBKC through Costco. They are preferred lenders for Costco members. After extensively reviewing and comparing, NBKC beat out all the other lenders.
