I wasn't notified when my car was ready. My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. My car was there for 5 hours before I called to check up on my car and they said that it's been ready. It also didn't get a car wash

Upon pickup 2 days ago, I was quite confused by a new car that REEKS of very strong men's cologne which. I have been driving since pick up with a/c on max and all windows down as I am odor-sensitive. Such chemical odors trigger migraine. Under that odor there is another stale plastic smell. I was quite shocked to not have the NEW CAR smell. PLEASE consider not wearing fragrance when delivering a new car to a first time owner. I am not the only person who has such unpleasant reactions.

The service element was fine, although it took much longer than expected. My biggest issues were with the state of the bathroom facilities, as well as the unprofessional Sales employees who were yelling back and forth across the lobby area to each other. So if you have to wait for your vehicle, this is not the dealership to do so.

I absolutely love coming to Claremont Mazda. The customer service is always friendly and they get you in and out. George and Amy who assist with the servicing are amazing. They take really good care of you and they always explain the options you may have. All around great experience every time I go. Shout out to Amy and George for being such great people and taking care of their customers on time. Great Great service, ill defiantly be back and I always tell friends and family to come and check out the dealership/deals

Nice new facility and the service advisors were top notch. Unfortunately I will never be going back and cannot in good faith recommend this dealer. I had never had a problem with my car until I brought it in to the dealership for the first time for a routine oil change and tire rotation. THE SAME DAY as I drove the car home I got an error notice that the FSC was faulty and when I brought the car in again to the dealership, they of course said I needed to get a replacement FSC for $1200. Everytime I leave the service center my car miraculously has a new problem. I go in for a routine maintenance then somehow the blower miter for my ac is broken. I do not trust this dealership.

the lady for finanance really bad service never buy here again.we don't want buy the warranty more 4 years but they still add on and when i want cancel she say no she need ask manager but manager say she can do don't need ask him terrible service
