Unfriendly staff, wasn’t welcomed or greeted, even manager or owner was around me for quite sometime with no greeting, honestly didn’t feel like Part of the Mazda family, comparing this to my experiences with Fontana Mazda and van nuys
Their management made promises they couldn't keep, and then after signing a contract told me by company policy they could not sell me the car. This was also after they confirmed they could deliver me the car. The salesmen I worked with were helpful, but this failure is definitely with management. Instead of helping me reach a solution after admitting they messed up the paperwork, they just offered me a higher trim at a higher price - absolutely no deal or help. Worst car buying experience ever. I would not recommend to anyone. My credit union wants answers
I was told that I needed spark plugs even though they were just done at the City of Industry dealership. I was also told that my windshield wiper nozzle was fixed and it wasn’t.
They couldn't rotate my tires was so unhappy with that, they could have called other dealership to figure out the problem I think I should have not been charged the full price will no longer be going to this dealership .
before Claremont Mazda came to Claremont, I had to go to Loma Linda Mazda to get service. I also receive "coupons" from Loma Linda Mazda. When I went to the Claremont Mazda I asked if they would Honor the Loma Linda Mazda and they said "Yes" and i had a service done on my CX-7. It saves me from driving all the way to Loma Linda, or Northern Fontana or even Puente Hills which have Mazda dealers. My business will be with Claremont Mazda from here on end.
There was an agreement of $451/mo. and upon arrival I was forced to a $475/mo. Not trust worthy
These people mislead me through incompetence (promising features I desired, leading me on) to sign for a lesser trim while paying a higher, premium price for my vehicle. When inquiring about their error they immediately closed my file without even calling me back. Now I'm stuck paying thousands more for a lesser trim I don't even want bevause of this Claremont dealership.
