I would rate the "service manager" with a negative rating. She was rude, didn't keep me informed of progress of the repair, or if the part was ordered, totally ghosted me for days when I called to see how it was going. When she did communicated it was always an upsell, and what came across as a threat to not do the work if I didn't agree to pay and extra amount for work covered by a manufactures warranty. The only reason I continue to come here is because of Rob Barth. He makes sure I get taken care of, if I left it up to the rest of these guys in the service department I would never return. This last time I called and explained my SUV concerns the girl on the phone sent me to the parts dept to get the parts priced on something I didn't even know what was wrong with my SUV yet. They kept my Enclave for 12 days in order to make a 2-3 day repair. They twice promised the car on a specific day and twice failed to deliver. I had to make all calls to check in the car except one (to get approval to make the expensive repair). I have used them for 10+ years with good service, but this last use was unacceptable.

We took our truck to you for a recall and after the work that was done the driver-side door panel that controls the locks and windows stopped working. Now you all want to charge us to repair what you all broke. We've been coming to this location for 5 years, but NEVER again

Dropped off my vehicle for service on Thursday afternoon, hoping to have it evaluated and have the brakes replaced. No updates were given, no one called me. I contacted the Service Department only to find out that nothing was done. Apparently the Service manger was off on Friday and the Technician was off on Saturday, so may vehicle would not be ready until the following week. Made an appointment for an oil change and still had a 5 hr wait. The appointment is a joke especially when they don't go by them. Don't go here unless you have nothing else to do that day!
