Once again the entire service staff was excellent. My service advisor Chris Elliott scheduled additional required service from my prior service and provided updates throughout my service. In addition I arrived early and service advisor Jasmin Umanzor checked me in and arranged my ride home. Great coordination between service advisors.

My rear brake pads were recently replaced and repaired but it took an extra day to finish the work due to McKinney Buick and GMC brake machine broke down to finish my brake work on my 2018 Yukon Denali.
