Could be bit more professional. Sales rep didn't know much and was rushing through the test drive.

Nice and professional. But, they did not disclose any defects until we contacted them. The deal they offered ended up being 45% higher than the list price.

Everything was fine. The only thing they didn't do was apply my award points to my bill. They will be there for the next service.
