They paid for an Uber to take me home and then bring me back when my car was ready. Free car wash as well. Service was done well and within the time promised.

I liked the way Jasmin handled the repair. Did not Iike the way extended warranty handled my repair.

I have always used McKinney Buick GMC to service my Canyon and have always been very satisfied with the service. However, over the past few months I have been a bit let down. First, I bought a full set of tires from the dealer (you will have the records). They were fine, but when I came in for routine and recommended services the tires were rotated which, but upon leaving I noticed a significant whining in one, at least, of the tires. Jasmin provided excellent customer service: oil changed, replaced engine air filter, reprogrammed serial data gateway module, washed and cleaned vehicle and kept me informed while I waited in the lobby.
