Service Advisor (Chris) was great. However, the service dept. should have checked my tire pressure and checked the fluids, it was not done.

Kept truck too long. A week. Was told 2 or days to do service and warranty work.

I don't like being charged for using my credit card.

Service and speed were great. I think charging 3% surcharge for using a credit card is tacky and shows no class.

This car has a recall so they can't sell it to me. There was not another vehicle I wanted to look at
