everything was good. However, I wish the dealer make more welcoming atmosphere and shorter the wait time. I drove in (service bay) and sitting there waiting but no one came to ask what i was there for. I had to walk into office talking to the receptionist.

I requested help with a rattle and was told it would take scheduling an appointment. I called the next week to schedule and was told I needed to drop it off for three days and then they could assess and that they did not have loaner cars available until assessments were made and then at that time I could get on a list for a loaner. My car is brand new and GMC makes loaners available. I asked to speak with service manager and I'm still waiting for a call back
