When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Mr. Baldwin with a smile and a handshake. He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about the LaCrosse I think I want. Mr. Baldwin spent an inordinate amount of time with me, allowing me to ask all the silly questions a woman would ask before she invested lots and lots of money on a car. We had been to a lot of different dealers over the last couple of years, looking for the right truck and the right price - this dealership and Joe Guidry were by far the best we've dealt with. Great service! great buying experience! I would highly recommend them to anyone out there looking to buy a car!!! Would have liked to have known the financing options before I had gone in, but it was more of my finances then the dealerships financing options.
very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. explained features of vehicle and warranty of vehicle. test drive went well. was not pushy and allowed us to work with him on our ground - not how necessarily the dealership wanted too. would recommend him to friends and family.
McKinney Buick GMC and their sale rep. Troy Grant made us feel at home, did not pressure us but allowed us to experience and drive the cars we were looking at. A customer friendly dealership I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a good car buying experience.
This is THE WORST dealership for any kind of service. I could never get a call back, took 24 to get a call back. They were rude, I had to pay for service when after buying an extended warranty. I was told to be there at 10am to get my truck, I left at 4:30pm! So frustrating. Once I left my truck still wasn’t fixed. Even though they had my truck for 10 days. Now I have to go back on my day off to get it fixed.
They ripped me off. I had a $7,200 warranty added to the price of my vehicle after telling Zac that I didn’t want it. I had to cancel the Warrenty and wait for the refund on the back end although I would have preferred a lower payment. I did ask to speak to the sales manager about this and never received a call back. Eventually I went in and spoke to him. He could care less. It’s funny how well I was treated when I was buying the car buy how they forgot about me after I drove off.
I saw a listing on Autotrader of a 2023 Silverado ZR2 that was priced out as a certified vehicle. I test drove and liked what I was buying knowing it had additional warranty due to it being certified. Purchased the truck and bought an additional extended warranty to be a 6 year/100000 mile warranty total. Four days later I get a call from the dealership saying I needed to come in for some closing papers on the truck. When I showed up they informed me that they couldn't certify the truck due to a recall on the motor. They can... read more
Worst experience from purchasing to warranty. They say they will call back and won’t. They damaged our vehicle while in their possession and refuse to take claim. The GM was supposed to call and hasn’t. I would never take a car to them to have windshield washer fluid added. Now we have to go the legal route and will push for everything. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE WITH THEM.
