It took a week before I was contacted to tell me the item was discontinued. Then I was told , that I could get a cheaper model for the same price.So I canceled

It took more than 2 months to receive the complete order.
Product matching poor
Item ordered was not even close to the item recieved. The items I ordered were removed from the website after I ordered and confirmed with customer service the item ordered was as advertised. The items received were not for any product I own, and are of absolutely no value.
