Hi, there... I was not aware of your return policy before purchasing these tips. If I knew they could not be returned, if they did not fit our instrument, I would not have placed the order. I couldn't very well check them to see if they fit without taking them out of the package. They don't fit our model. If you don't allow returns for open items, your return policy is a bit useless. I won't be ordering from your company again.
Still have not received product
too complicated because I had a prior account and couldn't remember pw aqnd had to spend 15' sorting the details

Updating the cart is not simple
I can't say it's just them, but they all say they have the items you want in stock, you send the money, then they really don't have it in stock and you wait 1-1 1/2 months for your needed supplies. When I find that honest supplier I'll be a good customer.
We received the incorrect product on our order. Contacted customer service regarding the incorrect product and sent a picture of what we received and have no one has responded back or has sent a replacement of the correct product as of to date. Very unsatisfied with customer service and the order that I placed and received.
