First time shopping from you guys so when it was taking forever to receive my purchase i thought you guys were a scam. Your shipping method needs to improve so items don't get retuned if theirs any problems.
it took over 15 min to place the order online had to click the complete order button 3-4 times until it finally went through they have a chat person no help there.
My credit card was billed for the entire amount3-4 weeks before I received my device.
The item I purchased ended up not even being available. It shouldn't have even been available for purchase. The manufacturer of the product recommended tour aite fir purchase and then your company told me they don't make that product anymore.
I ordered a product which took over a month to get!!!
We received the product but it was not the correct year of the model! on calling them they could do not do anything for us but sent us to the manufacturer who said that it had to be the correct year! No where on the order did it say there were different parts based on the year of the device (same model #). I had even had phone calls with them to find out where our order was! Not impressed.
The shipping process needs improvement. My packages were delayed in our internal distribution because of the way they were labeled.
I contacted customer service to ask about status of an order and then never received an answer in return.
