I had ordered a battery pack for my AED. When it arrived, I found it was an incorrect battery pack. I contacted customer service several times. What I didn't appreciate is I was told I would have to wait for the battery manufacturer to send me a return shipping label, not Medical Device Lab. Only when I told the customer rep that I would dispute the charge did she email me a return shipping label. Consequently, I ordered the battery pack from another supplier.
Order was placed but was never shipped until we contacted customer service.
The item took a longer than expected time to arrive, and this company seems to be unsure/unaware of its performance, hence these reviews.
I could not get a quote for the shipping costs for this item prior to purchase.
I found that there was generally a lack of communication. When I contacted customer service I never received a reply. The shipping took significantly longer than first indicated.
It took over a month to receive the 2 chairs we ordered.
It took a very long time to receive and was not the stainless color as pictured... I received black.
We were supposed to get 2 day AM shipping. We made our order on 11/18 and did not get it until the afternoon of 11/25. I emailed to see if we could get a partial refund for the extra shipping. Unfortunately, they said it was out of their control because UPS was the shipping company.
We ordered mid-November, we received an email early December that the order was overlooked and it was just put in. We were not told at the time of ordering that the product was on backorder and this was never communicated until a call was placed to Customer Service. At that time, the representative stated he would call me back with an update, I never received a call back but did receive an email two weeks later stating the product was shipping.
