I am in need of this order as soon as possible, and had no choice but to use the 2 day delivery. The cost for this is absurd, but again I had no choice as I need the supplies for my medical practice.
I was not able to complete the transaction without creating an account, I tried to pay twice before putting in a password. This is quite unhelpful, I did not want to create an account, I will be deleting it as soon as my order is shipped.

The ordering and receipt of the item was fine. Then you sent me the cryptic email asking to click the link to confirm receipt of the item. How do I know? You didn't tell me what I bought from you and I deal with dozens of vendors. Thank you very much! It took much effort to figure out what I bought from you. It was very bad customer service to NOT tell me in the email and NOT give me an email to write back and ask. You guys were fine until you pulled this.
