The algorithm was very very stubborn about shipping, which was supposed to be free, but when i gave up and chose UPS 3 day ground at 20 dollars, it still balked over and over. I just kept at it until it relented. Kind of annoying!
Order was cancelled by you due to manufacturer's inability to produce product.
Despite multiple attempts I was unable to check out using my credit card. Finally I was able to check out via paypal. Otherwise fine.
I am not satisfied with the delivery at all, if I could give a 0 I would. Because we paid more than $600 for the fridge to be delivered inside the building and it was still delivered outside. I contacted the person that sent me the freight information and he has not gotten to me with any information. This will be the first and last time I purchase anything from your company and I will not recommend it. Sorry.
Well I am not happy with any of it it took a month to get to us and then when I finally got it it didn't even have a Wand for him to be able to suck through it you guys are telling me I have to order one and nobody told me this when I ordered the machine a month ago so no I'm not happy with any of my service I would not recommend you guys to anyone
