Cost of shipping is too high. Why not use USPS instead of UPS for cheaper rates. Shipping cost me almost the same as the product.

No one ever followed up about delivery details etc
TRYED TO FINISH THE PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL BUT WAS IMPOSSIBLE
There was an issue with UPS delivering the product when it should have been delivered. It arrived in Tucson, AZ, on delivery day, was deemed "incorrectly sorted", sent back to Tempe, and took another 24 hrs before it was delivered. The delay affected work that was to be done with the item ordered and had to be rescheduled.
