shipping was too high
My only issue was I reached out to get a sooner delivery date and they checked with the warehouse and was going to get me an answer by Monday but I never received an answer.
After registering and inputting my name, address and phone, when checking out, I needed to reenter all this information.
Shipping was a bit 'hefty'!

I need info about two charged batteries for airline travel, I didn't get that info when I ordered, AND how will I charge batteries when not in unit
It was just not user friendly. Took me a couple of tries to checkout.

I had to login in several different times before the website would recognize that I had an account.
As soon as I entered my payment info and went to place the order it said my session had "timed out". That makes me very weary that my information is going to be stolen or that I won't get my product.
