It came later than 12.22. I thought I would be able to hear better than it does. Headset too big for my head, falls down.
We at first tried to have a expedited shipping but was not able to due to manufacturers were still making the product so that was disappointing but was able to have that cleared and receive them after the holidays. The customer service was very helpful in getting the information that we needed to have things corrected.

Other than the total miss on shipping (it was shipped exactly 8 days after I ordered it), I am very happy.
