Had trouble connecting with PayPal
It was not clear that the item ordered first needed to be shipped to Medical Devices first then shipped to me. This resulted in me paying for 2 day delivery from Medical Devices expecting the item to be delivered 2 days after I ordered the item (27 Aug). I got an email that day then telling me it would not ship via 2 day delivery until after they received it. It took until the 4th of September for me to receive the item ordered. Placing the order was fast and nice to order. I ordered a quantity of 2, same part number and received 2 diferent parts, according to my invoice. I paid for expedited delivery but was not aware that there was additional processing time. I may have made a different choice had I known. Amazon Prime has 2 day shipping and we needed the probe quickly.
Took a while to ship and then it was the wrong cable.
I purchased the sklar bipolar forceps , I also wanted the bipolar cable but website showed it was discontinued, i used chat to ask for substitute, they told me to send email. Up to this day NOBODY responded

My INR meter and test strips, ordered together, were shipped separately, for some reason. According to customer service, this was a mistake on your part. I was forced to travel twice to my doctor's office to retrieve the supplies.
