After seeing they had a Tesla Model 3 for sale I drove the 1 1/2hr trip to test drive it. During the test drive I utilized the Auto Pilot with Self Drive feature which was awesome. I decided I wanted it and completed the purchase right then and there. After that I went to try and supercharge it but couldn’t due to Tesla requiring the ownership to be transferred in their system. We recently purchase a 2021 Buick Encore GX and the car is absolutely wonderful but the experience that we had was terrible! We jumped from car to car to car until finally the car we purchased was ready to take home! The lady we dealt with was very rude to us in the beginning and then pushed us on to someone else and then she ended up coming back at the end of our purchase! Customer service is bad. Bought the car a year ago from out of state and after getting the car home I noticed that the back interior of the car hadn’t been touched (cleaned) after I was specifically told it would be detailed while we were doing the paperwork. I am also waiting on the 2nd key to my vehicle which was supposed to be mailed to me. No response to many attempts to contact the salesman and manager over the entire year. Sold me a $27,000 used truck. Said they had the shop down the street put it on a lift and check it out but it was missing parts of the suspension and has bad ball joints. Found all this out because I was getting new tires put on because they were bald when I bought the truck.

My daughter bought her first car there in August 2020. Because the “check engine” light came on as we test drove, I specifically asked the salesman to put a clause into the contract that stated Medina Auto Mall was responsible for all repairs associated with that light being on. Since then, the car has been in their shop 4 times, the last time lasting one month. Upon returning the vehicle to her, it was only a matter of days before the car became undrivable. Had a great experience when I went to Medina Auto Mall in 2018 and bought a car. Went back yesterday after receiving a call from the dealer and saw a Facebook post that they are paying up to 5k more for trade ins with vouchers. Was looking to upgrade to a bigger SUV. This time totally different experience. Sales experience was awful the two hours I was there. Salesman spent more time away from the desk and left sitting alone most of the time there. Turned out they offered me $3k less than kbb for my trade on a 2018 trade in.... read more

Extremely Disappointed. 4 hour round trip with a new born for nothing. Very Misleading I guess your website should say we except all credit types with hefty down payments. Or all credit types on certain vehicles. That way there’s no confusion that I was driving to look at this car I had a less than perfect credit score and a low down payment. I was still under the impression that it was almost a guaranteed deal after speaking to someone. we weren’t even close. And all I got was a sorry for your experience.
