I bought a 09 f150 the first day i had it the a.c went out they said they would not fix it cause its the flap door. Then about 3 weeks later the truck starts knocking and I call them they said bring it in so I did they say there nothing wrong with and told me to go up there and tell the tech What the problem was. so I did and we walked over to my truck and there a 2 foot burn out and rubber all over the side of my truck also I have brand new tires on my truck not no more. I bought a 2008 Honda Civic, it sounded great and the AC was working during the test drive. The next day, the air stopping working and the car broke down a week later due to a locked compressor. About a week later, the car broke down again due to a crack in the engine. My kids bought a car from them in October and have only put 5000 miles on it. The rear wheel locked up and the front tires had cords coming through and they wouldn't do anything to fix it. They should give cars a better going over before they sell them. Be careful!!

This place sucks. After 45 day tags it took over a week of lies and constant phone calls just to get our title. Which resulted in lost wages because we couldn't drive the car. Then a month after that the car requires repairs costing $1,100.00!!!!! We have only owned the car for two months! Horrible. Lies. Hard to speak with anyone. We won't be coming back here, which is sad because we have purchased two cars from them and referred two more people who purchased cars. The service department is awful and they treated us like crap since we didn't do financing through them. Sorry that I want to my Credit Union to get a pre-approval before shopping for a new car. I would rate this place as low as Fred Martin.

Horrible dealership. Had service issue called the manager and he said he would look into it. He never called me back, I called 4 times after that and left messages and still no return call back. Even asked for the the manager that was higher then the general manager. Left a message with him again week later no return call. I will never go back and would not recommend them to anyone!
