Friendly sales guy. Sold me a piece of junk though. They ended up fixing several issues with the jeep I bought, but failed to mention the sky glider leaks. They couldnt even replace the tpm sensor before they sent me home in it. I had to replace break pads, rotors, shocks and struts within the first 3 weeks of having it.. I havent had the car but a month and I wish I could return it. They do not have your best interest in mind I can tell you that. From the looks of it they dont do an inspection either. Oh my!!!! I’ve never had a good experience with a dealership and went in with lots of trepidation. I left speechless because I was waiting for something to go terribly wrong..... and NOTHING DID! After they found the truck I wanted it was quick paperwork and I was out the door 💕Thanks Ryan and the whole team! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Where do I start? I bought a beautiful Cadillac as a gift for my amazing wife. My salesman was Brad. We agreed on the installation of a backup camera, rim repairs, and a second key fob. They dropped off the car without any of these things done. After a few days I took the car back to get the work done. After a month of no communication I was told my car was ready. Went to the Medina auto mall today 10/12/20 had been talking to Charlie about a truck and told him Saturday that I’d be in Monday since they were closed Saturday. And let me back track a little I was in to see this exact same truck two weeks earlier and they said they had sold it when they never did. Back to today. My credit score was ran (so now my credit took a hit), NO one ever called me back! I’ve called multiple times and my records can’t even be found. Was told they’d call me back, never did. Everyone I’ve spoke to on the phone was very annoyed sounding and rude. This is NOT how you do business.

This place is horrible!!!! We leased a truck and turned in our previous lease to them which they were supposed to pay off. Now we are getting a bill from the bank for damage that was done while this dealership had the vehicle! Every time I call I get transferred and they do not return my calls! It is like pulling teeth to talk to anyone but the operator! We will never ever go back to these people!!!!

This place is a joke! False advertisement! There were no deals unless you want to be ripped off! We went to another dealer and got a great deal on a Jeep! Do not go here!!

The person who on Facebook from Medina Auto Mall needs trained better in answering customers questions! I gave them all the information about my needs and about my credit and asked if they could get me into a $169.00 monthly car payment! They messaged me back and said they could! Drove all the way from Massillon Ohio thinking I had a good chance of getting a used car! Got there and a nice salesman came back and told me he could only get me into a $300.00 a month car payment! They sold me a broke car that in the next day needed to be fixed... I took there back and they did notably say ot was sold as it is (I left with all working and looking ok). The fix of the car coast 900$... my first car in US and such a terrible experience.
