wife sent credit app for credit forgiveness sale they had..and NEVER called or anything.. called them several times..and they said someone would call..wouldn't buy a candy bar from these people.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Hire salesman that will not say anything to get the sale and actually know their own product
We drove down to Medina Auto Mall last weekend. We were referred there and were interested in a Envision. The salesperson was understandably busy. Had us test drive with someone else but gave us his card and said to email or text what we decided to do. I emailed 2 days later, stating we wanted the car and asking what we do next. No answer. This place is a joke. Clueless staff. Highly recommend never looking at a car from this disorganized dump.
Took two of my vehicles to this location for a routine oil change and multi-point inspection. The speed of service on both was incredibly fast, however, it appears they sacrificed a quality job for speed. Our 2014 Jeep Patriot came out of the inspection with everything allegedly being “checked and ok” but FOUR DAYS after this inspection our vehicle would not start. Give me at least half the money back for selling me a death trap that they knew has major problems.
you could try selling vehicles that do not break down after 50K miles and honor your warranty
