Shady. It was a waste of 3 hours
My husband and I went yesterday to look at a truck and the salesman Steve Styers said he would have to go find the truck and came back 1 time and said he was still looking for it after waiting a half hour for him he never showed up so we left! I highly recommend you go somewhere else for a vehicle! Very poor customer service!!!
No respect for this dealership. They sell automobiles that have serious engine problems and do not stand by their word! The sales manager lies! States he will make right on vehicles sold with problems and never returns calls or makes things right!! Please save yourself the money and buy from a reputable dealership NOT THIS ONE!!!! Drove a half hour for the 5000 over kbb looked up my cars kbb before coming out they offered me 1000 dollars under the value. The guy I spoke to was so nice and honest, but it’s just a gimmick to get people in the door. don’t know about the other offers they have but this offer was false advertisement.
I purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot from them in June with cash and have still not received the title. I've called numerous times and nobody can get me on the phone with a manager. The ONE time I did get through to someone, Linda, she told me my title was lost in the mail and that I am supposed to file at clerk of courts for a duplicate. Uh, last I checked in the state of Ohio, the dealership is responsible for this. I'm talking with a lawyer now to find out if it would be better to sue through the state or civically.
Worst buying experience, they were trying to sell a car I didn’t want , I called about 2019 ram when I came salesman told me they were sold out of 2019 ram , then I told him I don’t need 2020 , so when I start walking away they magically found 2019. They also told me I will get 6.00 interest rate and after all it was 6.9, we came in 6.30 pm and they hold us until 11.30 pm it was crazy. So in general if you want to get raped go buy a car at Medina Auto mall, by the way they don’t use mask, just pretend they do.
Worst experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Purchased a vehicle at the end of February, and didn’t get off to a good start when we realized after getting home that the salesman Travis had snuck in the most expensive warranty possible without ever talking to us about it.
