Drove a half hour for the 5000 over kbb looked up my cars kbb before coming out they offered me 1000 dollars under the value. The guy I spoke to was so nice and honest, but it’s just a gimmick to get people in the door. don’t know about the other offers they have but this offer was false advertisement.

I purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot from them in June with cash and have still not received the title. I've called numerous times and nobody can get me on the phone with a manager. The ONE time I did get through to someone, Linda, she told me my title was lost in the mail and that I am supposed to file at clerk of courts for a duplicate. Uh, last I checked in the state of Ohio, the dealership is responsible for this. I'm talking with a lawyer now to find out if it would be better to sue through the state or civically.

Worst buying experience, they were trying to sell a car I didn’t want , I called about 2019 ram when I came salesman told me they were sold out of 2019 ram , then I told him I don’t need 2020 , so when I start walking away they magically found 2019. They also told me I will get 6.00 interest rate and after all it was 6.9, we came in 6.30 pm and they hold us until 11.30 pm it was crazy. So in general if you want to get raped go buy a car at Medina Auto mall, by the way they don’t use mask, just pretend they do.

Worst experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Purchased a vehicle at the end of February, and didn’t get off to a good start when we realized after getting home that the salesman Travis had snuck in the most expensive warranty possible without ever talking to us about it. I purchased a vehicle from Medina Auto Mall and I have a signed contract. I find out later that Medina Auto Mall broke the payment terms that were clearly defined in the contract. They never bothered to call me to inform me that they wouldn’t honor a contract that they presented to me and signed. All communication had to be initiated by myself. I was treated poorly during the conversations. I have never received even an apology. Can you trust a dealership that randomly and haphazardly breaks a signed contract?

they have great vehicles at good prices but I had a appointment and the salesman the entire time just kept talking to other people the entire time. my fiance me and my kid was there for 3 hours. then somehow he got us some number without even getting our ssn. honestly unbelievable

It's not warm when you walk in there. when I say warm I'mreferring to feeling like I'm welcomed into your house. I feel I was stiffed on my auto deal. Although my credit is not the greatest I asked for a couple things such as a roof and all wheel drive, I was told by my salesman that he would make an appointment to have it done. Well six days later I was told it couldn't be done. If he was a good salesman he would of known that. I feel that I'm stuck with a brand new car and it has nothing I asked for!!
