I'm sorry you're having troubles, but Medina has no control over mechanical issues a vehicle may have.
I took my Jeep in to fix a problem with it not starting. Medina auto mall claimed they fixed it but told me to call back if the problem wasn’t fixed. It wasn’t fixed! I called 13 times and left 3 voice mails in a 3 day time period with NO RESPONSE. It’s been over 2 weeks since my initial call. I finally took it to Brunswick Auto Mart and it was taken care of. I’m so disappointed with media auto mall, but have now heard so many similar horror stories. They have certainly lost 2 customers.
What’s so funny is that the headline picture is the BMW that I’m currently dealing with... So I’ve owned the vehicle for less then 10 days, 6 of which has been with the dealer, why? Because when I bought it, I took it to BMW and they told me that there were quite a few things wrong with it. If you need your vehicle fixed don't bring it here. It won't get fixed warranty or not. When you call it's difficult to get an answer. That's right I had to call to find out the status of my repair that never got fixed. They had the car 8 hours!!! Sales manager said he'd be happy to take a second look!! They had the car 8 hours!!!!
***Update 12/17: They did eventually do a proper fix on the van, and it is running well a year later. I don't think we would buy from them again, but I wouldn't flatten the tires of a loved one who was trying to go there to test drive a car. Original post: We've had the car less than 100 days.
