The service was great, but I will never go to Melting Pot again. The food was horrible and expensive.
I made a reservation on Open Table a month ahead of time for a Holiday party of 8 on a Friday night. We stood in the waiting area for over an hour before we were seated. The excuses by the hostess as to why we were having to wait were irritating and smug. The food is over priced and over rated. I will not be going back to the Melting Pot.
Pretty unimpressed. Food was okay. Service was good. But I could have ate better for less elsewhere.
Usually we have the best time here with great service, but this time service was very slow bringing out each dish. Very slow to refill water cups also. Didn't even check our table if we need anything. We usually spent 2hrs here but this time take about 3hrs. Really slow to seat people and the place not even busy.
