Service was slow. Food was not impressive and lemonades tasted like fast food drinks.
The waiter disappeared for most of the reservation. Never asked if we wanted drinks, etc. we were at the restaurants for over 3.5 hours which is ridiculous! I know it takes time but felt that it was exaggerated due to the waiter ignoring us the majority of the time; therefore dragging out the dinner, Disappointed with service and food was mediocre at best.
I have eaten there many times - but service and food quality has gone downhill. Vegetables were so old they were brown-ish! The meat and fish looked limp, probably had been sitting outside of refrigeration for a long time. And 35 minute wait for drinks - several times, so it wasn’t a fluke. good experience, FANTASTIC service. But food was too overpriced and didn’t taste like the quality that was paid for. Probably won’t recommend or come back to it.
Disappointing and overpriced. There was flies flying around, it was disgusting. Not what I would expect for a $160 dinner.
We felt like we were in a cafeteria. Pretty noisy and we could hear other people’s conversation. We had planned on being at dinner for an hour and we were there over 2. It took forever to get the courses. Definitely over priced for what you get. Our total bill was $137 including the tip. We could’ve had Ruth’s Chris for the same price- better food, better service, better ambiance. We will not be returning.
All of our meat and veggies were frozen. We waited 20 minutes before a server even came to our table.
