The service specialist Johnny was great but the technicians at Mercedes of Plano are very dishonest. I took my car there because it the check engine light was on. They said it was because of the engine wiring harness so I told them to go ahead and change it out so they said they did and when I went there to pick up the car the check engine lights were still on plus the coolant was leaking really bad. I took the car anyway because they've had the car for almost three weeks and I really didn't trust the technicians there. So w... read more

I took my car in on August 6 because the check engine light was on for the third time this summer. It had been in the shop 2 other times for the same issue. I waited for over a week to get my car returned to me. I was told originally that it would be Friday, then Monday. By Tuesday I had not heard about my car I had to call to find out if the car was ready or not. I received a text on Wed. morning letting me know that they had found other problem. Wanted to charge $200 (approximately) to do nothing but "check fluid levels", that they do anyway, to clear "Service B" indicator. I cleared in 60 seconds at home. I don't mind paying, but that is excessive with no value. Makes me question everything else they tell me in the future.

Service representative, informed me I needed tires to pass emissions inspection for car registration. (Not true) Purchased new tires in 2023, and my car did pass the State inspection test to receive a new registration sticker expiring 2025. The level of service received, created a mistrust to use Mercedes Benz Plano service department, to perform future annual maintenance on my car. And, I pray the car services I paid for ($782.00) were actually performed on my car. Sharain Taylor

I was left to sit there and wait on my car two separate times. Once I even found my service advisor he said to me let's hope we have no more problems. That type of language does not Inspire confidence in their repair facility.
