Repairs not completed on time. Was told a lie about the repairs. Very little done to rectify the situation. Very disappointed.

Totally incompetent and disorganized - had a bad tire but apparently was due for routine maintenance but they didnt even know - so when I drove off, 3 miles later my routine maintenance alert goes off in my Mercedes !! And they still havent fixed the seat belt cover they broke on my first service debacle

Less than stellar I must say. I had to have my 2018 CLA towed in for a flat tire, NO loaner was available. I had a huge event I was in charge of at my bank and had to shuttle to my office. Service Advisor was non communicative so I called him sever times to check on my car. Needed a new tire and 5 hours later he called me it was done right in the middle of my Shareholders meeting. Ask if someone could bring be my car and wa told NO. I Ubered home and Ubered back to get my car the next day

Although we had arranged an appointment with a salesperson to view a specific car we were told was available, when we arrived on time, the salesperson was not there and the car was no longer available. We were handed off to another young woman, who appeared inexperienced. She left us standing outside in the heat for over 15 minutes. The test drive went ok. She has never followed up since then. We are buying our Mercedes from Park Place, Dallas.
Service writer was unresponsive to my inquiries especially the price quote on repairs.
