They treated me bad an overcharged me for repairs..just saying #assholes but I'm a stupid cunt that is so greedy it's unreal so I'm use to it ..I look a fool all the time ..# cunt

It took 2 days to perform an oil change. We also asked for a state inspection and were told the tires would not pass. They offered to sell us new tires - $400 higher than Discount tire, Then when we got the car back, it came back dirtier than when we dropped it off!

Problem clearly not fixed. Don't know why they told me the car was ready. I brought this to the attention of the shop. They said they would call back but did not.

Another overall terrible service. Was asked to come early for my appt only for it to still take almost 7 hrs for a 3 hr job. They refused to take my paid for benefit coupon for the service and provided the stupidest explanation that I have every heard in my life. Our standard prices are already discounted. What?? Ok so is Wal-mart. And this came from one of their Service managers who also couldn't explain that concept nor the itemized service concept. Icing on the cake, a half done carwash.
