The waiting area is pleasant & comfortable. I had no problems scheduling an appointment. It took 2 hours longer than the suggested time needed for service. Also, it was the first time my car hadn't been returned spotless. It was quite dirty on the outside. Haphazardly cleaned, even had hand prints in several different places. Can't really judge the actual work done, as this was a recall to change battery mounts.

As always the customer service is not great. This is one of many experiences I have had at Mercedes. However the one Im writing about today was a situation where I had a nail in my tire. They had to order my tire I waited three days for it. When I went to have it replaced, I waited for two hours only to be told that they had sold the tire that morning. They were unprofessional and how they handled it and I expected nothing less of them .

Rip off. I had a full extended warranty but the dealership charged me $170 for trouble shooting. Then they claimed that I needed a new battery at a whopping price of $450. Then I resisted and they admitted that my battery is good after all. Terrible service.

9-30-19 Way overpriced for work done - 2010 E350 - will go back to Auto Haus for future non warranty work! Total bill $ 772.57 replace Visor and correct Mercedes SDS upgrade, sun roof would close. Driver leather in seat is splitting; was told this year and model there was a problem, Mercedes will not repair, but it's ok because corrected in future models! - if I repair cost would be $ 850! Was going to purchase new 2020 Mercedes at Plano site but will look elsewhere.
