As much as we appreciate a rental car while our own vehicle is being serviced, we have never experienced a Mercedes that filthy. McDonalds paper bags, water bottle, open juice pack, ketchup packs in the car. Stains on seats. Floor was dirty. It seemed this vehicle was not inspected/cleaned upon return from the previous customer. Photos can be provided. Upon return of the vehicle the service advisor just said sorry and walked away, too busy to truly acknowledge our complaint. Very disappointing.

Did not have the most pleasant experience, given the time delays, missed service items and lack of customer care. I believe things have since then been resolved by the Service Manager, but I have yet to have a pleasant first experience.

Charged for inspection but would not diagnose all source of noise until we got the headrest replaced for over $500
