They just don't really care about the people. At least my adviser didn't. Previous visits with a different adviser were fine, but this one was horrid. Didn't listen to the problem, got it wrong on the paperwork, so of course they couldn't "duplicate" the problem. Zero communication and it was if I was bothering her to try to find out information about my car. Will not be using Erica again.

Mercedes-Benz Plano definitely does not live up to the standard of customer service I would expect from Mercedes Benz. Warranty service was performed successfully. However, no one was willing to discuss exactly what caused the issue or what was as done to correct the problem. All I was able to get was "It works now". Even the "service details" associated with this email do no reflect the actual issue involved.

Regarding the problem that the vehicle is running at a low speed and there is no noise, I have to spend money to replace the accessories, but the problem has not been solved.

Terrible experience. They do not back up their services. I paid for the ventilation to be cleaned out, and it still smelled like mold and mildew. Rather than fixing this and getting it right, they were going to charge me again! They treated me well when I first bought the car, but now they are completely indifferent. Very disappointing, especially since my wife and I bought 2 vehicles from them brand new.
