Nothing short of excellent service! When we first arrived at the dealership, we were greeted right away by Al Glover. He showed us some options we were interested in and a few hours later, we walked out with the SUV we wanted. We couldn't have had better service. excellent service I returned quite a few days while trying to make my mind up and was NEVER hurried or pressured to make a decision. I always received a friendly greeting and everyone made themselves available for whatever I needed. Excellent service I made an appointment for a test drive, after driving a few of the options I met with our sales associate. He was wonderful, Will worked within my price point, and got me more than I wanted. There was no pressure, just questions to make sure I was happy. New sale We had great experience on the day of purchase. Later there was some difficulty reaching the team. However, after few days, we were able to contact and got the answer on third row climate control. We felt that lack of vent in the third row made it difficult to cool that row quicker one hot day. I checked with Andreas and he reported no similar complaints from the owners of other similar vehicles. So we decided to check it further and will report if we continue to experience same difficulty in future.
Above and Beyond... When I arrived to the dealership, my only intention was to 'look' at their inventory, since I was alone. Typically, I second guess everything and get nervous about new transactions but Al was very upfront, patient, and accommodating to all of my questions and concerns. Two weeks after my purchase, I'm only questioning, "Why I waited so long"... Best service and experience I've ever had while purchasing a vehicle.
What a pleasant experience! Al Glover was our salesmen, and he was great! He made us feel very comfortable, and there was no pressure. He was very patient as we looked/test drove several cars, and answered all our questions and concerns. We will recommend him and MBOWC to all our friends and family.
Great used car experience My wife and I recently moved home to the US after spending 18 months in German and we needed to quickly secure cars.
